Duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides advanced advocacy, assessment, and case management services.
Conducts outreach, intakes, and supervision of program participants.
Develops and implements case management plans, addressing personal adjustments, finances, employment, and housing.
Counsels individuals, establishes service plans, and refers to community resources.
Provides financial assistance and support according to organizational policies.
Actively participates in meetings, training sessions, and community activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in case work, human services, or a related field.
Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
Access to regular, dependable transportation.
Comfort working with people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
