Duties

Key Responsibilities: - You will help develop cost-effectiveness analyses using cost and impact/monitoring data, assessing data needs and quality of existing data for use in those analyses, reviewing literature to identify other relevant inputs, and working with program teams to translate programmatic questions into analyses for use in decision-making and reporting. - Develop all components of cost effectiveness analysis, including detailed costing, incorporating evidence on intervention effectiveness, etc. Review literature, interpret findings to extract relevant impact estimates, and engage with colleagues and external experts to identify the highest-quality inputs to use. - Collaborate with global and country finance and program colleagues to gather and understand program financial and cost data. - Periodically update models with revised inputs and revised assumptions in the event of relevant new evidence. - Lead the development of internal and external communication products (such as blog posts and presentations) about specific analyses to enable several audiences to absorb information about the cost-effectiveness of different interventions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: - You have 3-5 years or professional experience with a bachelor's degree in international development, public health, public finance, public policy, economics, statistics, or related field; - You enjoy using quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to help with decision-making; - You are comfortable using excel to manage complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions; - You are comfortable in engaging with datasets, literature, and evidence; - You are a team player with the ability to collaborate within and between teams in a multicultural environment; - Alignment with core Evidence Action values.
