We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country's mission. Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205,000 to $225,000 dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC Work life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holidays required. Qualifications
