PODCAST: Club GLOW (Episode 1)
April 27, 2017
Welcome to the first episode of Pon di Rock Podcast, a show about the work and lives of Peace Corps Volunteers in Jamaica.
This month's episode features a conversation with Volunteer Chaya Coleman and her students about their GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) club, and how they're forming a network of support that extends beyond the classroom.
The theme for this month is "Creating Networks of Support," in honor of April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month. This podcast is created, produced and hosted by Volunteer Rachel Simms and features reggae ukulele music by Volunteer Phillip McKnight.
We'll see you next month with more stories from the field!
