Dill and yogurt sauce over cucumbers.
- 1 large cucumber (grated)
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 small yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Mix cucumber and onion.
- In a jar, shake together 1/4-1/2 cup water, yogurt, oil, dill, and garlic.
- Add salt to taste.
- Pour over cucumbers and onions.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts and serve.
