Shredded Carrot Salad

Fresh and crunchy carrots.


  • 3-4 cups carrots (shredded)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup oil (use sour cream or plain yogurt as an alternative)
  • Salt and pepper


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
