Cinnamon rice pudding.


  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sugar


  • Bring rice and milk to a boil in a pot.
  • Once boiling, bring to a simmer over low heat.
  • Cover and let cook for around 20 minutes.
  • Once rice is fully cooked, add cinnamon and sugar to taste.
  • Serve either warm or chilled.
