Cinnamon rice pudding.
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Bring rice and milk to a boil in a pot.
- Once boiling, bring to a simmer over low heat.
- Cover and let cook for around 20 minutes.
- Once rice is fully cooked, add cinnamon and sugar to taste.
- Serve either warm or chilled.
