Boiled coconut dumplings.
- 1/2 cup coconut shavings
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Mix coconut, flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and oil in a bowl.
- Gradually stir in water to make dough.
- Knead for about two minutes.
- Roll dough out flat on a surface.
- Cut into small diamond shapes.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt
- Add dumplings to water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
