Cambodian Fish Soup
A light fish soup with lemongrass and mint.
- 1/2 pound white fish (cut into strips)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 lemongrass stalks (chopped)
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- In a large saucepan, bring water, salt, garlic, lemongrass, and fish sauce to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and add fish.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then add lemon juice and mint leaves.
- Serve hot.
