Chilled yogurt soup.
- 3 cups qatiq (Azeri yogurt, use plain yogurt as a substitute)
- 2-3 cucumbers (shredded)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
- Black pepper
- Mix ingredients together.
- Add water until you achieve a desired thickness.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve chilled.
