Chilled yogurt soup.


  • 3 cups qatiq (Azeri yogurt, use plain yogurt as a substitute)
  • 2-3 cucumbers (shredded)
  • 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Add water until you achieve a desired thickness.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve chilled.
