Emily facilitates the RUMPs (ReUsable Menstrual Pads) Training.

The goal of this project is to have girls of pubescent age at the Township Primary School be able to create their own ReUsable Menstrual Pads so they can feel in control of their own hygiene, stay in school during menstrual periods, and not worry about the costs of disposable pads. Community contribution will be in man-power: three teachers from the school will take time to train the girls how to make and care for RUMPs, and the pupils themselves will put in the time and effort to create their own pads.
