Clean Water Benin

This project is led by Jordan Freeman, a Volunteer from Arizona

This grant aims to establish a sustainable source of clean drinking water for the community, by digging and pumping groundwater into a water storage container, thereby enhancing the overall health of its members. The objectives include constructing a clean water facility, establishing a long-term water source management committee, and providing education on water hygiene and sanitation.

The community is contributing land and labor to the project and actively participating in forming the water source committee. The Volunteer has been collaborating closely with community members throughout the project's design and planning. Given the community's limited resources but strong commitment to sustainability, this grant holds significant promise for improving the well-being of all its members once completed.
