The Performance and Accountability Report provides financial and performance information that enables the President, Congress, and the public to assess the progress our agency has made over the past year toward achieving its strategic objectives, demonstrating accountability, and increasing operational effectiveness. This report was replaced with the Annual Performance Report. This report was managed by the Office of Strategic Information, Research, and Planning (OSIRP).
