Recipe: Coconut Jam
- Pacific Islands, Vanuatu

Materials & Procedures
- 1 part sugar
- 3 parts coconut milk
- Pour sugar into a saucepan and cook over a fire, stirring until all the sugar caramelizes.
- Add the coconut milk all at once, and keep cooking and stirring it until the desired consistency is reached.
- Wait for it to cool a bit, and then put it into clean jars.
