Recipe: Cassavas with Dried Beans

Materials & Procedures
- 1 Kg dried beans
- 4 liters water
- 1 Kg cassavas
- Heat water to ebullition state.
- Put beans into the water and boil for one hour.
- Add peeled cassava chunks and cook for 30 or 45 minutes.
- Add salt and allow the mixture to heat through and cook until cassava chunks and beans are all tender.
- Serve hot.
