Recipe: Cassavas with Dried Beans

Materials & Procedures


  1. 1 Kg dried beans
  2. 4 liters water
  3. 1 Kg cassavas
  4. Salt


  1. Heat water to ebullition state.
  2. Put beans into the water and boil for one hour.
  3. Add peeled cassava chunks and cook for 30 or 45 minutes.
  4. Add salt and allow the mixture to heat through and cook until cassava chunks and beans are all tender.
  5. Serve hot.
