Fellows are eligible for 50 percent tuition reduction. Assistance in establishing internships at local profit and nonprofit organizations in Greensburg and surrounding areas.


Through internships, returned Volunteers will be able to use the humanitarian skills they have learned overseas to address issues in the Greensburg and surrounding Westmoreland County areas. Depending on the degrees the Fellows are pursuing, they will be required to serve a community partner supporting a similar human service area. Interns will be placed in local public or nonprofit organizations. Areas include education, environmental protection, child services, disability services, housing services, medical services, and counseling services. The site of the internship will depend on the program of study and the Fellows' personal experiences and interests.
