Benefits

Peace Corps service satisfies the school's Thunderbird Global Experience requirement, and students earn up to 3 credit hours towards completion of the participant's degree program. Language proficiency gained during Peace Corps service can satisfy the school's second language requirement per university regulations.

Tuition waivers will be extended during period Peace Corps service. Participants are eligible for Thunderbird scholarships and financial support per university requirements.

Description

Thunderbird is the premier graduate school focused exclusively on global management, and is dedicated to educating global leaders who create sustainable prosperity worldwide in the public and nonprofit as well as private sectors including in the developing world.

The Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Management (MA-GAM) is designed for individuals seeking to launch careers in international affairs including in international institutions, foreign affairs agencies, and global nonprofit organizations. The MA-GAM is a 45 credit hour, three trimester program.

The Master of Science in Global Management (MS-GM) is designed for individuals seeking to launch careers in global business. The MS-GM is a 45 credit hour, three trimester program.

The Master of Business Administration in Global Management (MBA-GM) is designed for individuals with work experience seeking to advance their careers in global business. The MBA-GM is a 46.5-60 credit hour, three-four trimester program.

Requirements

MA-GAM and MS-GM:
Undergraduate degree. Prior work experience is not required. Submission of GRE or GMAT scores required, and TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores if applicable.

MBA-GM:
Undergraduate degree. Minimum two years of work experience is required. Submission of GMAT scores required, and TOEFL/IELTS/PTE scores if applicable.
