Come learn more about post-graduate service opportunities. Representatives from the Peace Corps and City Year will be hosting a joint information session and will provide insight into their respective programs and how to apply.

City Year is an education focused, nonprofit organization that unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service to keep students in school and on track to graduation.

Peace Corps Volunteers make a difference by working as educators and trainers in schools, clinics, NGOs and community centers in over 65 countries. Volunteers commit 27 months to promoting peace and friendship and a better understanding between Americans and people of other countries.

Give Back and Get Back

In addition to making a difference for others, Peace Corps service comes with tangible benefits such as the opportunity to combine service with graduate school for credit/financial assistance; full health and dental coverage in service, as well as $7,425 upon service completion; increased job skills and employment potential; and special eligibility for federal jobs.
