Rep Ian Kelly is Former State Department Spokesman and Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, and the current U.S. Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
Carl Hawkinson was Knox County State's Attorney from 1976 to 1982, then served four years in the Illinois House of Representatives, followed by sixteen years in the Illinois State Senate. He also served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Public Safety for the State of Illinois from 2003 to 2005.
