This will be a Recruiter In Residence day including an information session, information table, and office hours.

Office hours and table: 1:30pm - 4pm in McCullough Grille Foyer

Info Session on Peace Corps Approach to Development: 7pm (1 hr session in MBH 104)

The Peace Corps is seeking dedicated people to fill thousands of positions around the world. Submit an online application by November 28th, 2013 at www.peacecorps.gov/apply to be considered for an assignment departing Autumn 2014. Serving in the Peace Corps has many professional and personal benefits such as deferment of student loans, free medical and dental care, grad school programs with financial assistance, and two years of international work experience, to name a few.

Programs are 27 months in length, including extensive cultural, language and technical training. Volunteers serve in Africa, North Africa / Middle East, Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Our sectors are: Business, Health, Education, Information Technology, Community Development, Agriculture and Environment.  Benefits include round trip airfare, 3 months of training, a living stipend, student loan deferral, medical insurance, vacation, housing, and a readjustment allowance of $7,425.
