Become a part of a campus organization with a mission to promote world peace and friendship! The Peace Corps student group at the University of Minnesota is made up of current students who are interested in Peace Corps as well as returned volunteers who are affiliated with the university as students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others. The group provides an opportunity to participate in educational activities, service projects, and social events with like-minded peers.
Plans for this academic year include:
- Member meetings with guest speakers such as returned volunteers and local nonprofits
- Service projects and social events
- Connections among future, current, and returned volunteers
Attend this first meeting of the year to help develop the group's agenda.
