Launch your international career with Peace Corps service. Join us for an information session at University of Mary Washington to talk to Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and Recruiter Ariel Simons (Lesotho, '09-'11) about opportunities to live, learn, and work with a community overseas. Hear her stories, get tips for the application process, and find out if Peace Corps is a good fit for you.  Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way to help a community in need, immerse yourself in a new culture, learn a new language, and have the experience of a lifetime.

About the Peace Corps: Read more or watch a video about how Peace Corps service makes a difference for the communities served, the volunteers themselves, and here in the U.S.  Learn what it's like to be a Volunteer including what Volunteers do, where they go, and the many benefits of Peace Corps service.
