Join the Peace Corps at the Pacific Northwest Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Regional Meeting for various events hosted by the Idaho Returned Peace Corps Association. The regional meeting will feature the following:

Info Table at Around the World Exhibits | 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Virtually travel the world through the eyes of returned Peace Corps volunteers.  

Panel Discussion: Peace Corps Volunteers in the 21st Century | 9:40 to 10:30 a.m.

Discover what Peace Corps service entails in the 21st century. Join a panel of recently-returned Peace Corps Volunteers who will share about their rewarding Peace Corps service overseas and answer questions from the audience. Learn how they adapted to life in a new foreign culture in this age of increasing technology. 

Info Session: After Peace Corps- Have Passport Will Travel| 10:40 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Returned Peace Corps volunteers come home, share their stories and become advocates for continued study abroad. Learn how to live and achieve the Peace Corps Third Goal of bringing it home from Dr. Michael Bixby, Professor Emeritus Boise State Universitys College of Business who served in Jamaica. Attendees interested in teaching abroad will be feted with slides, stories, and tips for those who want to make Peace Corps work with their career and family.

Info Session: Peace Corps & Grad School- Why not do both? | 10:40 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Learn about Peace Corps service from a returned volunteer who served in the Republic of Moldova and assisted with the development of non-profit organizations and their programs geared to support at-risk youth while completing a masters degree through the Peace Corps Masters International program. Discover how you can make the most of Peace Corps service while overseas and after you return home through various educational opportunities.
