Peace Corps Annual End-of-Summer Picnic

Prospect Park

1 p.m.

near the LeFrak Center (splash pad/skating rink)

Join Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of New York for the annual end-of-summer potluck picnic in Prospect Park!

It's a great chance to connect or re-connect with Returned Peace Corps Volunteers after a busy summer. Please bring edibles to share, and something to drink.

We will meet in Prospect Park located in Brooklyn, NY.  Take the Q train to the Prospect Park (or Parkside) stop.  Enter the park and walk to the LeFrak Center (skating rink/splash pad). The event will take place on the grass just north of the rink next to the lake and there will be a visible Peace Corps sign.  If heavy rain then the event will be canceled.

About the Peace Corps: Read more or watch a video about what it's like to be a Volunteer including what Volunteers do, where they go, and the many benefits of Peace Corps service.
