Interested in Peace Corps service over 50? Information Session for 50+ Americans

12:00pm - 1:00pm EST

statewide, VI

Has Peace Corps service always been a dream of yours? Whether you heard JFK make the first call to Peace Corps service in the 60s, got caught up in a career, raising a family, or are just considering Peace Corps for the first time this is the information session for you! Peace Corps recruiter Emily Whitfield will explain what it takes to apply to Peace Corps, the benefits of service, and share inspiring stories from other Americans who have served as Peace Corps Volunteers after the age of 50.

About the Peace Corps: Read more or watch a video about how Peace Corps service makes a difference for the communities served, the volunteers themselves, and here in the United States. Learn what it's like to be a Volunteer, including what Volunteers do, where they go, and the many benefits of Peace Corps service.

Or apply now to begin your life-defining experience.  We recommend you submit your application one year in advance of your target departure date so we can match your skills to openings as they become available.
