Description

Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture, learn a new language, and have the experience of a lifetime. Join us at this Information Session to learn about Volunteer experiences, have your questions answered, and gain tips to guide you through the application process.

Peace Corps Volunteers work in these broad areas: education and English/ESL teaching; agriculture, forestry and environment; public health and HIV/AIDS work; youth and community development; and business and IT. We look for applicants educated and skilled in these fields. For those not specialists in these fields, gaining six to nine months of experience related to one of the program areas will enhance your Peace Corps application. Click Here to learn more about qualifying for assignment areas, as well as resources for additional volunteer experience if needed.

Plan ahead and apply a year in advance of your target departure date.  We are interviewing for programs into 2013.
