Peace Corps is making a difference. Launch your international career and be a global citizen. Grab a cup of coffee and meet with a local Peace Corps Recruiter and returned volunteer who can answer your questions. Hear first-hand what it's like to live, learn and work with a community overseas. Plus, gain tips to guide you through the application process. This is an informal event; no appointment is necessary. The Peace Corps is seeking dedicated people to fill thousands of positions around the world. Submit an online application between August 15 and September 30 at www.peacecorps.gov/apply to be considered for an assignment departing summer 2014. Serving in the Peace Corps has many professional and personal benefits such as deferment of student loans, free medical and dental care, grad school programs with financial assistance, and two years of international work experience, to name a few.
