Join U.S. Peace Corps Recruiters for a Free Film Screening Night!

The U.S. Peace Corps will be hosting a free documentary screening of the film, The Salima Project on Wednesday, June 18, 2014

The documentary followed a group of 20 Malawian actors as they participated in a week-long workshop hosted by a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer, a professional U.S. theatre artist, and a professional theater artist from Malawi. The group created plays that addressed the stigma and discrimination faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.  This film exemplifies how theater can be used to empower communities,

Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and Peace Corps Recruiters will be on hand to distribute information about the Peace Corps and answer questions from potential applicants.
