Make a difference in the lives of others and your own. Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way to help a community in need, immerse yourself in a new culture, learn a new language and have the experience of a lifetime. Stop by the Peace Corps Information Session after the 'Life After AmeriCorps' event to listen to your state of Iowa Peace Corps recruiter, who served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Bulgaria. He will talk about his experiences, answer your questions and provide tips to guide you through the Peace Corps application process.

About the Peace Corps: Read more or watch a video about how Peace Corps service makes a difference for the communities served, the volunteers themselves and here in the U.S.  Learn what it's like to be a Volunteer including what Volunteers do, where they go and the many benefits of Peace Corps service. Or apply now to begin your life-defining experience.
