Description

Serving in the Peace Corps is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture, learn a new language, and have the experience of a lifetime. Join us at this information session to learn about Volunteer experiences, have your questions answered, and gain tips to guide you through the application process. The event will feature current graduate students in the Mandel School of Social Sciences who have served in the Peace Corps. Come hear their stories and how service has impacted their lives and careers.

Give back and get back! In addition to making a difference for others, Peace Corps service comes with tangible benefits such as the opportunity to combine service with graduate school for credit/financial assistance; full health and dental coverage in service, as well as $7,425 upon service completion; increased job skills and employment potential; and special eligibility for federal jobs.

If you'd like to stay informed about Peace Corps news and events in your area, sign up to receive e-updates.
