Want to trade in your cubicle for neighborhood parks, carnivals, and coffee shops? Eager to replace exchanges with automated telephone agents for meaningful, face-to-face interactions with parents, children, and vendors in your community? We have your "get out of jail free" card! Take a chance and contribute to the community chest by setting up and implementing a phenomenal, self-directed education program at a location near you.
Steve & Kate’s, based in Marin County, CA, runs unique summer programs for kids ages 4 to 12 with a focus on self-directed learning and is currently seeking exceptional people who are interested in (and have experience with!) setting up a camp site (think marketing, customer service, operations, program implementation, recruiting and hiring seasonal staff, and more) and running it. These are full-time, year-round positions with benefits and all. We are hiring for positions in the Bay Area, LA, Washington state, Portland OR, Chicagoland, DC metro, NY metro, and Boston. The Community Director position commences on January 6th with a Retreat at our office in Sausalito, CA.
