Peace Corps Headquarters, 1111 20th St. NW, Washington, D.C. 20526

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. EDT

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly 70 percent of all jobs are unpublished and found through networking and personal referrals. Register for this upcoming RPCV Career Event and learn how to boost your job search through effective in-person and online networking. In this informative session, Peace Corps' Professional Development Specialist Jodi Hammer will be joined by a local staffing agency representative who will share practical tips and techniques on how to network to reach your goals. The event will conclude with one-on-one resume reviews by the staffing agency representative. All attendees interested in having their resume reviewed are asked to bring a hard copy of their resume with them to the event.

To register, please email rpcvcareercenter@peacecorps.gov with the subject line: "Networking and Social Media in the Job Search: 10/19.” Include your name, country of service, and dates of Peace Corps service so we can verify your eligibility to participate.
