Register now to attend the Returned Volunteer Services' and AmeriCorps/VISTA joint career event in Seattle! At this special career event you will have the opportunity to practice telling your professional story to a variety of audiences during the morning career workshops, connect with other returned Volunteers and VISTA Alumni, and explore ways to get involved in Peace Corps activities with local recruiters. You'll also have the chance to chat with local employers representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors at the afternoon career fair.
Note: Because of the many opportunities in the federal government, first-year RPCVs with noncompetitive eligibility are especially encouraged to attend.

Registration (required): 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Career Workshops: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Attend this series of career workshops to learn techniques for telling your Peace Corps story in the job-search setting. Get RPCV-specific advice and learn best practices to help aid you during your job search.
Lunch: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
RPCVs bring or purchase their own lunch at nearby vendors.
Peace Corps Response Brown Bag lunch session: 1:00 - 1:30 p.m.
Come hear about exciting short-term, high-impact international assignments available with Peace Corps Response.
Career Fair: 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Approximately 20 organizations representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors will be on hand to meet with you about current and future job openings in the Seattle region and beyond.
Networking Social Hour: 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
SEAPAX (Seattle RPCV group) and the local VISTA Alumni Group will host a post-social event at The Diller Room, just blocks away from the career event venue (1224 1st Ave., Seattle, WA 98101).
