Noncompetitive Eligibility

RPCVs receive one year of noncompetitive eligibility (NCE) hiring status upon successful completion of Peace Corps service. This eligibility enables U.S. federal government agencies to more easily hire RPCVs who meet the minimum qualifications of a given position.
