Service Representative or Claims Representative
U.S. Social Security Administration
Positions are available throughout the metro Milwaukee area. Some temporary and permanent full-time positions could be available.
Customer Service Representatives provide assistance to the public by answering a wide variety of questions by interviewing the individual, investigating the situation and resolving the problem. Service Representatives are located in each of our field offices and have face-to-face contact with the public.
The majority of positions at Social Security involve working directly with the public, and positions are located throughout the country. Our Public Contact representatives receive extensive training and mentoring in Social Security programs and state laws.
