The Colorado School of Public Health is a collaborative school that includes three campuses. The only campus with a PCMI relationship is Colorado State University. You can find more information about the school here . Although there are three partner universities, the administrative center for the school is CU Denver.
The MPH coursework will consist of a minimum of 42 units of academic study. The degree program will consist of 3-4 semesters of academic study. A practicum and capstone project are required for all MPH students. There is no thesis.
Within the MPH program at CSU students can choose from one of the following tracks: Animals, People and the Environment; Environmental and Occupational Health; Epidemiology; Global Health and Health Disparities; Health Communication; Physical Activity and Healthy Lifestyles; Public Health Nutrition. Requirements
Students apply to the Colorado School of Public Health (not directly to CSU) through the SOPHAS online application system. The only area of study that has course prerequisites is Public Health Nutrition. The minimum GPA is 3.0 although some exceptions are made. Unless the applicant has an existing graduate degree the GRE is required. Applications also require 3 letters of recommendation, official transcripts, and a personal statement.
