Description

The Master of International Agriculture Program is a 32-credit hour degree equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills needed for their success in the multifaceted arena of agriculture and natural resources. MIAP offers eight focus areas:

  • Sustainability
  • Commercial Crops
  • Food Animals
  • Agricultural Outreach, Education and Extension
  • Disaster Planning and Management
  • AgriTourism
  • Food Processing and Food Security
  • International Agricultural Trade and Ag Business Development

Requirements

Admission into the Master of International Agriculture Program requires:

  • OSU Graduate College application
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited university or college
  • A minimum of a 3.0 GPA in the last 30 hours of coursework
  • An official transcript from the undergraduate university or college
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • A statement of purpose outlining background, goals, and interest in Peace Corps and the MIAP degree
