Overseas Contracting Opportunities

Submitting an Application:

Click on the appropriate Position Title below to access the respective contract solicitation in Avue or FedBizOpps. For contract solicitations in Avue, you MUST fill out the Avue application and submit it through the Avue application process. For FedBizOpps solicitations, follow the instructions within the solicitation.

For short-term non-medical contracts, the link will take you to the specific contract application in Avue, where you can establish your profile and complete your proposal.

For all Avue open and continuous solicitations, applicants must access their profile in Avue and re-certify their eligibility whenever their qualifications change, or at least every 90 days, to continue to be considered for future contracts.

The open and continuous contractor solicitations do not specify dates or locations of contracts. Posts needing qualified U.S. PSCs access the Avue Contractor Database for a specific contractor position and make a selection based on qualifications, availability, and suitability of the contractor's experience. Therefore, it is in your best interest to maintain your profile with the most up-to-date work experience, certifications, and personal contact information.

For medical contracts, the link will take you to the FedBizOpps website, where you can access the solicitation and the forms that must be submitted with the application.
